West Suffolk Manufacturing Group turns 5

In January 2024 the West Suffolk Manufacturing Group celebrates its 5th anniversary.

The West Suffolk Manufacturing Group was established in January 2019 by a consortium of representatives from both the private and public sectors to champion and support the thriving advanced manufacturing and engineering sector within West Suffolk (including Bury St Edmunds, Haverhill, Newmarket, Mildenhall and Brandon).

The group is chaired by Richard Bridgman OBE and supported by West Suffolk Council, The New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing and engineering sector group, Hethel Innovation and West Suffolk College. The group is keen to meet like-minded ambitious manufacturing and engineering companies based in West Suffolk who are interested in sharing best practice and collaborating to assist the growth of members and develop the sector across the district.
